ST-HT CONCRETE PAVER
The Sytechs Concrete Paver is designed specifically for concrete pavement with thickness ranging from 5 to 50 cm. The paver features standard compaction and spreading widths of 3.75 m and 7.5 m.
Higher capacity models with wider spreading widths are also available as per customer’s requirements, ensuring flexibility for various project sizes.

● Spiral & Truss Design

Spirals and trusses are designed in multiple sections that can be customized for different lengths and paving widths.

The spirals on both sides are driven by separate motors, allowing flexible configuration and synchronized operation.
● Paving Roller Structure

The paving roller adopts a two-section staggered design.

The intermediate bearing housing can be adjusted in height, leveled, or arched to meet various paving requirements.
● Track & Channel Layout

Lower track elevation bands are generally 70 cm wide.

Channel steel tracks can be placed directly on the rebar mesh or on side steel channels (formwork).

Concrete should be poured between the channels during operation for stability.
● Control & Tire Systems

Solid rubber tire models can roll directly on the rebar mesh, supported by insulation reinforcement underneath to prevent floating.

Control systems may include laser or ultrasonic leveling with hydraulic integration.

The laser system suits large, flat areas, while the ultrasonic system comprising a leveling instrument, sliding rod, controller, proportional valve, and hydraulic station uses elevation reference lines on both sides for automatic height adjustment and leveling.
